Ruhan van Zyl

Ruhan is the managing director of Claims Administration Australia Pty Ltd.

He is also the managing director of The Mandate Finance Group Pty Ltd and a seasoned financial services professional with over 25 years’ industry experience.

Apart from his broader financial services experience, he has a particular interest in claims management, reinsurance and assisting clients in disputed matters pertaining to most areas of claims management.

He has a record in achieving results in claims management and co-ordination which meet or exceed clients’ expectations.

Ruhan serves as liaison between the claimant and large corporates with one goal in mind – to negotiate a positive outcome for his clients.

In dealing with complex negotiations, he strives to preserve close relationships and open communication with his clients to ensure that the strategy which has been agreed meets the clients’ expectations.

Geoff Sandler

Geoff is a director of Claims Administration Australia Pty Ltd.

After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1982, Geoff completed his Articles in London at Brecher & Co where he remained for three years.

He moved to Melbourne in 1985 and commenced his legal career with Norton Rose Fulbright (then known as Weigall & Crowther).

This followed with partnerships in various other law firms. Geoff has more than 33 years’ experience in providing commercial, business negotiation and dispute resolution services, to private and corporate clients.

Geoff’s specialty lies in providing businesses and individuals with expert advice in negotiating a commercial outcome. He has a reputation of being approachable and understanding the needs of clients to effect their best outcome.

He has the ability to propose the best solutions for clients with the experts on whom we rely.
